Nice, clean place, but VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service. I just walked in to ask if there were any available appointments for the NEXT day & before I could open my mouth, the lady working just looked at me & said, “no, no!” She didn’t even ask me what I needed, let alone greet me. Critical: QualityThis place is like a well oiled machine. They get you in and they get you out. There’s no care in the services they provide. It’s also ridiculously expensive. The only thing good thing about this location is that they follow all the protocols for face mask wearing and social distancing. It’s also immaculate. However, do yourself a favor and just don’t go here. My current barber was on vacation and I was in need of a haircut, so I went here because I was familiar with the location. Big mistake. I received the most uneven unprofessional haircut I’ve ever had. I was there a total of 15 minutes, maybe even less. There was another person there too getting a haircut and he was done in less than 10 minutes. How this location is still in business is mind boggling. I made an appointment for my daughters (ages 7 and 4) and Joan was great with them – big girl got a shampoo and cut and my younger one got the supercut jr. She worked quickly but the job was done well. She listened to directions and wasn’t at all scissor happy. We definitely plan on returning soon 🙂
