Critical: ProfessionalismI requested for a pixie cut and was serviced by the new employee who i heard just graduated from ged but no experience i believe. Does not know how to do pixie cut and was pulling my side hair as the person was cutting so i said that’s fine, gave my payment and a tip more than anyone else and saw that employee took the tip right away. That employee should practice first on a mannequin before actually doing a haircut. I requested for a pixie cut and was serviced by the new employee who i heard just graduated from ged but no experience i believe. Does not know how to do pixie cut and was pulling my side hair as the person was cutting so i said that’s fine, gave my payment and a tip more than anyone else and saw that employee took the tip right away. Critical: ProfessionalismThe quality feels like it has gone down quite a bit since a lot of the staff changed.Went in for a haircut today and when they were shaving my neck and the back of my head it felt like my hair was getting pulled out instead of cut. At one point the razer cut a bit too deep and nicked my skin a bit. I winced from the cut and the barber asked if it hurt and I said yes, to which she responded “I don’t see anything”. When the haircut was over and I stood up and looked in the mirror where I got cut and pointed it out, she said “Oh its just a bug bite” despite it clearly looking like a straight scratch from the razer.Service: HaircutThe quality feels like it has gone down quite a bit since a lot of the staff changed. …More

Critical: ProfessionalismWe have used this business many times in the past and was very satisfied. Today at 3:00 pm, my husband went in for a quick haircut and the woman when she finally came out of a back room asked him what he wanted. He asked her if he could get a quick haircut and she told him that she was too busy. There was not a single person anywhere but her.She told him that she was way too busy and he would have to either make an appointment on line or try another day. As we were ready to leave, another man came in and she told him the same thing. It says walk-ins welcome and there was not another soul in sight. We and the gentleman behind my husband whose hair would maybe have taken 5- 10 minutes because it was very short already were very bewildered with her response. I guess walk-ins does not work, so maybe the sign needs to come down.We have used this business many times in the past and was very satisfied.
