Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have used Supercuts before and had no issues. This time was a nightmare. I had a hairstylist named Mars and she literally hacked my hair off. I showed her multiple times a picture of the hairstyle I have for over 20 years now. I have used this photo many times before. She looked at the photo multiple times during the haircut and still just chopped my hair off not even making a decent pixie cut which my hairstyle never was. Literally just chopped off my hair. I don’t know if they just hired her or if she’s a student but this was unacceptable. I did not make a scene at the salon but came home crying at how horrible it looked. I have used Supercuts before and had no issues. This time was a nightmare. I had a hairstylist named Mars and she literally hacked my hair off. I showed her multiple times a picture of the hairstyle I have for over 20 years now. I have used this photo many times before. I leave a review now because I was absolutely blown away by the cut I got from Dawn (an employee). She was very welcoming and respectful, but her technique was beyond what I’ve ever seen and experienced. I asked for a fade on the sides of my head as well as the back. She then proceeded to fade the desired areas with scissors and comb! In my humble opinion, the fade was much cleaner and even than any machine fade I had ever received. I normally don’t have a preference with who cuts my hair but Dawn is my go to person in this specific SuperCuts. I’ve had a few haircuts from this place already and I’ve always left pretty satisfied with the way my hair looks afterwards. I leave a review now because I was absolutely blown away by the cut I got from Dawn (an employee).
