I tried to bring my two year old daughter for a trim tonight and was denied. It was super last minute I admit, but I noticed the two girls working were just chatting and playing on their phones so I decided to go inside and ask. There wasn’t a customer in sight and they told me if I didn’t have an appointment that they couldn’t help me because they were waiting on appointments to arrive. I asked them if they could just do me a favor, her hair is so thin and short it takes two minutes and this week is her birthday. The girl rudely replied again that if I didn’t have an appointment she couldn’t help me. I sat outside for about five minutes calling other salons. No other customers showed up and the girls just sat there continuing to chat and play on their phones. In that five minutes they could of easily just given her a trim.

Went to this location after going to another supercuts location that absolutely butchered my very simple hair cut. The young girl who took care of me (wish I got her name) was super! She had long, blonde hair and a few tattoos. Highly recommend her and this location in general. Fixed my hair without having to chop it all off! Haircut

I came here with my mom before, got a haircut done with Julie. We thought she was nice and cut our hair fine so my mom decided to come back to her without me. Julie was extremely rude and racist. My mother has an accent, but she can speak English and understand it perfectly fine. She’s been in the country for 15 years. Julie got extremely frustrated out of nowhere and proceeded to say rudely to my mom “we just don’t understand each other and it’s extremely frustrating” what don’t you understand? Are you that incompetent that you don’t understand the words? My mother is so nice and tipped her $20 anyway, and that’s when she became extremely apologetic and nice. She also told her she had fragile hair and a bunch of other not-so-nice adjectives. I recommend only going there if you’re white with pin straight hair. All the women in there are mean and made my mother extremely uncomfortable. Julie, learn how to not have such a nasty attitude with paying customers. I honestly cannot believe the awful experience my mother had here. I truly would not wish it on my worst enemy. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

I just recently moved into the area and decided to give Supercuts a try for a cut, color and blow out. JULIE was the BEST!! I can’t recommend her enough! I’m a 55 year old woman, have older more difficult curly hair, she gave me a BEAUTIFUL color and the cut looks BEAUTIFUL. I really didn’t expect much going to a Supercuts, but JULIE gave me probably one of the best cuts I’ve ever received. And the COLOR… LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! She was extremely professional, courteous and very patient with me — as I wasn’t really sure what I really wanted when I first walked in. Thank you JULIE!! i didn’t expect the service that I received but it felt like I went to a high end salon by the time I left! I wasn’t able to post a 10 star review, so unfortunately, I can only give you a GLOWING FIVE STAR REVEW JULIE AT SUPERCUTS! I will be back and will definitely ask for you.
