I wont be coming back here, i made an appointment on 5/10/22, at 3pm. NICOLETTE, who cut my hair. claimed to be the manager, i asked her to just trim the back of my head and the sides, and she left my back completely flat, and the back of my hair is completely uneven. Very unhappy with my experience, and when i called, the” manager” she rudely said she just did what i asked her to and hung up the phone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is horrible they don’t listen to what you want specifically I described to the hairstylist exactly how I wanted my haircut and she chopped so much off. She didn’t even give me face framing layers as asked and now my hair is extremely short. I have gone to other places that have done for what I asked before. I shouldn’t have had to pay for this. Save your money and time don’t waste going here!

IN SEARCH OF PIXIE…My sister and I live in Rahway and were customers at Supercuts in Colonia which permanently closed a few months ago. My sister is in a wheelchair so we need a salon that offers parking and handicap accessibility. We both get Pixie Cuts, not hard, right? So i alone try the Woodbridge Supercuts. The stylist i get doesn’t know what a pixie cut is!! She tells me she doesn’t like to do very short haircuts bc she’ll cut her fingers!! She tries to do it and the other girl then has to finish. But she leaves the bangs long and tells me to back comb them. Uh no!! Next. We both go to the Westfield Supercuts. They are also not sure what pixie cuts are but they’ll try. We get two different stylists who confer with each other. We come out with short haircuts not pixies.Next. We go to Metuchen Supercuts and meet the dynamic mother-daughter duo of Diane and Gina!! We are saved!! They know what Pixie Cuts are!! They are wonderful, kind and courteous! We show up with mop heads and they take their time to make us beautiful! After 4 months we both finally look like ourselves again!! THANK YOU DIANE AND GINA!! WE’LL BE BACK!!

After many years of coloring my own hair I have finally found a stylist who has given me the perfect cut and color. Gina is amazing!!! Not only did she find the perfect color she also cut and styled my shoulder length hair to perfection! One of the key things I noticed about Gina and the other stylists in the salon is they truly care about their customers and what they want. After much contemplation I decided to make an appointment at my trusty Supercuts in Metuchen, and I was not disappointed. Gina was amazing and helped me ease into coloring my hair again and gave me an amazing hair cut. Gina is very passionate about what she does and that makes a huge difference, and I will be going back more then once a year to get my hair done from now on.
