Don’t make an appointment. There is no point! I go here all the time. I booked an appointment for highlights days in advance. Walked in on-time and was told I have people ahead of me. It will be 20 min. 35 minutes later I asked she said they are running behind “clearly that’s why I told you 20 min we are a walk in facility”. I told her “its now 35 min and all those people before me are done and 1 came in after me was taken too. I had an appointment you could have called me and told me I would have done other things or came later, or came earlier as a “walk- in”. She said “we don’t provide those services to call you and notify you. I am being nice to you and respectful. So if you want to stay you can have a seat.” At this point, one person already messed up a kids haircut the parents were mad, the other is flustered and rushed because she is in middle of someone else’s highlights, clearly angry because I asked how long it was gonna be. I told her “I need my hair done, but this is not a good situation, I’m not getting my hair done by anyone that’s busy, angry or rushed. Thank you.” and walked out. I don’t want fried hair or to be bald. I have bragged about this place to many family and friends who have loved my hair. But this is just plain messed up. Appointments don’t come 1st here… only walk ins do. But if you call in for highlights, you get told you have to make an appointment, but they won’t tell you come early because of the walk ins. I’m just very disappointed I thought I had finally found my go to place

We checked in online and when we arrived the staff mentioned that it is first come first serve. The staff is very rude and giving one liners all the time. Though we arrived first, they have done the haircut for people who came after us. We waited for almost 45 minutes for out turn and they did a worst job. I highly recommend not to come here for a haircut. Supercuts- Better shut this place so that it won’t be a disgrace for your franchise.

Please don’t go this place. They are highly unprofessional. I had specifically asked for their stylist named Naza, since i had a good experience with her in the past. Inspite of she being present at the salon, she was least interested in doing my haircut. The lady who did my haircut did not know how to go about although i had specifically mentioned what i wanted. The prices mentioned on their board is also misleading. Better find another supercut salon.

I usually go to a different salon or make an appointment with a stylist I trust but I decided to give Supercuts a try. They have average pricing as far as salons go. I was feeling daring so I cut off the hair I had been growing for almost a year! My boyfriend has been coming here for years and each time left feeling unhappy with his hair. He chalked it up to thinking he didn’t like haircuts at all. I wouldn’t go here. I would go to the one in Franklin instead. I asked for 1 or 2 inches off and long layers. My hair was very long before and now it is very short and she didn’t point cut or blend at all. I came at 615 and they close at 7 I just figured it would be enough time but I know she was rushing so the timing on my part was bad. Listen to your clients! They’re paying to feel good about the way they look.
