I never make time for myself. So when I finally do need a root touchup and a haircut, it’s spontaneous. I called and Ryan was able to fit me in. I showed up almost an hour early because of where I was and Ryan gladly took me and gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Not only was Ryan kind, sweet and gentle. Came here about a month and a half ago or so and asked for a straight, even cut all around. It was not even. So I went back and asked them to fix it. Still was uneven and had to go to a different place for it to be fixed. I will not be coming back here and wish I could get a refund as not only were my wishes unfulfilled, but it was expensive. Today I arrive at 1:28 for my 1:30 appointment and am told “I’m backed up because someone messed up my schedule.” Second time this happened. I suspect it’s because they take walk-ins AND appointments – but clearly appointments receive no priority. It’s 2021, not that hard to put someone on the schedule. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Critical: QualityI do not want to give this place 1 star as I have been going there for quite a long time, and they used to do a really good job, and they are still very polite and overall nice people. However, I go to get a haircut and not to socialize.The quality of haircut has definitely decreased over time due to the large amount of new staff who are just recently trained I assume. The last 3 times I have gone, there has been something wrong with the haircut each time, and this time was the last straw, when the young girl who was cutting my hair cut off part of my beard whilst doing my sideburns.
