Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst of all, I never write reviews, so I obviously am impressed enough to do so. Because I had a shoulder replacement done, I needed to come to Super Cuts to get my hair shampooed every week. So, 6 months later, I feel like I am in a position to be evaluative. One stylist in particular stands out to me. Her name is Yeysie. While waiting for my turn, I observed her cut many heads of hair. After quickly establishing rapport with her client, she asks how they would like their hair to be cut. And after the client explains, she always repeats to the client what she heard. Because of her attention to detail, every single client I have seen leaves way happy with their haircut. They always look much better leaving than coming!! I observed Yeysie attempting to cut a toddler’s hair. He sat on his mother’s lap crying and carrying on. Yeysie exhibited so much patience. When the mother wanted her to use scissors around the ears, Yeysie politely refused, as it was unsafe with this toddler not staying still. This mother was insistent and Yeysie assertively said it was unsafe and would not do it. It was a miracle that the toddler left with a great haircut. She is so very engaging with her clients, and committed to do the best possible job she can. It is rare nowadays to see a service provider care as much as she does. First of all, I never write reviews, so I obviously am impressed enough to do so. Because I had a shoulder replacement done, I needed to come to Super Cuts to get my hair shampooed every week.
