Well where do I start-off, I moved to Pennington in April of 2022. When I moved here, I was nervous and excited at the same time. I was nervous because this was new for me, but I was excited because I had bought a home for the first time. After moving in, I discovered a quite bit of businesses in the area and came across this Supercuts. I booked a haircut one day and was told that I would be getting my haircut done by someone named James. James took me immediately and I sat in the chair as he cut my hair. James was extremely professional from start to finish and the entire time he was very engaging. Throughout my haircut, I never felt so comfortable and the entire time I was impressed. My hair can be difficult to cut to be honest but James takes great pride in it and I walk in each time smiling bigger than each previous visit. I had gone to another hair dresser who is like family for years, and I miss seeing her, but James has now carried forward her skills to accommodate me accordingly.

HORRIBLE PLACE. I came in for a trim nothing more. The lady Carmen there butchered my hair up so bad. I also had to ask her to stop at one point cutting my hair. I go home quietly knowing it would be bad. I even tipped her as I am not good at speaking up. I had a scheduled apt with someone else, but they put me with this person Carmen. It was all uneven and horribly short. I felt like a plucked chicken. Next day I check in on line again and go there quietly tell them what happened then sit down. The lady Another Carmen comes over making a scene telling me oh they are busy how about come back next week. I still told them politely you guys are the one who butchered my hair. I still checked in online and am sitting here. NOT once did I even say it’s past my check in time. It was an hour wait & when i was finally called, they were laughing. Also she called me to sit without cleaning the chair from the previous client. Im disgusted by such. Horrible place. There are million options to get your hair cut. They need to really value their customers more and hire competent stylists. No refund too but stuck with this which will take months to recover

If there was a way of giving it negative stars, I would have certainly did it. I had an appointment for 11AM via their portal. When I reached the Denow road salon, they asked me to come 1hour later. Upon coming an hour later the guy again asked to come later.

Just went in for a haircut. Had cash and was forced to do a check in that rivaled Airport checkin. I understand that today businesses need a customer base, but you need to have a process where a cash customer can just get a haircut without providing name, phone number, email address etc. Too intrusive for older folks.

Checked in online for a 12:00 haircut with Carmen. Arrived at 12:00 and after I arrived, they took a walk in instead of me for Carmen. I waited over 50 minutes and they still weren’t done, so I left to go back to work. I’ve gone there dozens of times and I’ve never seen a wash and cut last that long. It was obvious that Carmen and the patron were “visiting” with nonstop conversation. Really irritated that I wasted amost an hour waiting for nothing.

My husband and I have been together for five years and in all that time his hair cuts have been okay. He constantly wears hats and his hair was lifeless. Ten minutes ago he walked in the apartment after getting is hair cut at this super cuts. I was literally left speechless. He has never looked so handsome. My only regret is that he didn’t have this hair cut at our wedding. 1000000/10! (He went short on the sides and around to the back but left length on top) My husband is now a hunk! Thank you!!!

If your child (or yourself) has long hair ask for pricing upfront. My 8 year old had a wash, cut and blow dry and I was told afterwards it was $71. I said how is that even possible for a kid cut and was told that she was charging $45 to blow dry her hair. Seriously?? Also, she stuck my daughter under the dryer before her haircut for almost 15 minutes while she proceeded to do foils for her co-worker. She also kept going back and forth between my daughter and her co-worker’s hair. Never again.

Although the person was not interesting in engaging any kind of a conversation.Although when it comes to paying for the haircut she said how much tip you want to give $3 00 ? I reluctantly gave a $2.50 tip.
