I have used this location before but today I had very bad experience. I went in at 10, a stylist was talking on her phone outside. She came in and mentioned you have to check in online and another stylist will come at 12, you can come back at 12:30. I was unable to check online and there was only one gentleman waiting. The other stylist was with another client. The gentleman waiting also mentioned that online checking was not working. As I drove by from the parking lot, the stylist who rudely asked us to come back after noon was on phone again. Customer service was poor. It made me feel that clients were turned away. The tone of the stylist was very rude. The price of the services has risen which I understand. Unfortunately, the quality of services has dropped immensely. My boys loved Justin at this location and we miss him. Hope you will address this issue.

My son and I go there always and it has always been good. But they have this new stylist name Sushma and she is horribly bad. She messed up my Son’s hair even after telling her clearly not to cut too much. My son is upset and might get bullied at school because of this. Many people have complained about her in the reviews. Not sure why she is still not fired. She is also supremely rude, doesn’t know how to speak and doesn’t listen what we tell her about how we want the hair. Incapable, rude and should be fired

ABSOLUTELY LIVID!!! I went there recently with my cousin, the Indian lady, Shashma should be fired instantly. Her staying there is affecting the business tremendously. Doesn’t listen and messes up your hair. Horrible person and stylist, cant do anything in this establishment. Haircut

Our family is regular customers to the super cuts , and since 2 times stylish name sushma is doing my son hair cut last time also she was very rude to us and not allowed to tell her anything and this time She is very rude and not allowed us to tell how we wanted my son hair cut, i was telling her how i wanted my son hair cut and she was like let me finish my job first then talk “ what is there to talk after hair cut done ? Never ever saw any stylish like this ride to the customers , wrost stylish ever! Don’t want to give any stars at all! How can she talk like that to me infornt of my 10 yr old son ?

We just asked a simple question about how many people are ahead of us because we just walked in, Christina got furious and replied extremely rudely. She also threatened me to her Indian husband if I don’t leave. She kicked me out. I perhaps will never go to any of Supercuts. This was horrible customer experience. The store is not in good hands. I rather give 0 atar. I saw similar experience by other customers but it looks like there is no action from Supercuts management.

First like mentioned in some previous reviews, the stylist ladies were cheerful and have good demeanor. I asked if I could get a scissor cut and was told she would have to clipper the back…. Agreed and thought I would maintain some version of my long taper cut that I waked in with. I was given a buzz cut. Awful. Again not with worth making a scene like others below mentioned. Don’t know if the stylist gives what they want or feel but, wow… disappointing.

Their customer service was on point, they were polite, smiled, and the place was very clean. Little did I know, I was about to receive the worst haircut of my life. Candy sheered the hair off my head like I was a garden plant. She didn’t really have any idea what she was doing. I noticed she didn’t really try at all to make it look flush, trimmed or short like I asked. I had to wear a hat to work the next day. Candy, if you’re reading this, you’re a great person! Just not a great hair styler! I wanted to go back to get my money and tip back, but I’m not gonna argue over 30 bucks

When I sat down to get my hair cut, I wanted a trim with my layers, only one inch off. But she cut like three inches and my layers look really choppy and blunt and bad. They didn’t even comb my hair. She also did a dry cut, A DRY CUT, with like two sprays of water. The cut was alright at best but not what I wanted, of course i was too scared to tell this in person but I wanted her to stop cutting so I could go somewhere else where they could cut my hair better and give me what I want, with it looking good.
