Tried going there yesterday @ 3:30. Closed again even though the sign on the door says they’re open until 4PM. I’m done with this store. It would have been better if someone was there and lied & told me they were booked. That might be worth 2 stars. But no, they just closed up shop early and left. I’m not buying the short staffed BS excuse. Hire people. Keep the store open into the evening when regular 9-5er’s can get a haircut during the week. This store has just gone to the dogs. Actually, our dog groomer’s provide a better service.

I went in at 10 for highlights plus a trim and the two wonderful ladies working were Kayla and Jennifer. Jennifer did the highlights so nice that she didn’t even need toner and my hair feels healthier than before I went in. They’re very social and make you feel right at home, all around a very pleasant experience and would recommend Jennifer if you need blonde highlights or wanted to transition to blonde.❤️❤️❤️

Used to be my go-to place for haircuts for years but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Last 3 times I either received poor service or no service at all. Second to last time my hair was messed up by someone new here, but I didn’t complain since they were new. Went here for a haircut last time but was told they didn’t have enough time for me. They then told someone who arrived a few minutes after me that they could do the exact same thing I came there to get before closing. I went somewhere else to get my hair cut and they messed up my hair, so I came back here for the last time. I waited for a haircut and was rushed in and out since they were short staffed with only 1 person working. Not a big deal; except for the fact that I asked them to leave my hair longer on top and they cut it short, saying that it “looked better this way”. Got home and noticed that even the sides and back of my hair was very choppy and squared off. My hair was fairly uneven and had a lot of imperfections for the cost. I’ll definitely be looking for another place to get my hair cut since this place is going downhill. Only reason why I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the amazing service I’ve had for years prior until now.
