On Friday, April 30th 2021 I took my daughter in for a trim. She will be 2 in July so it was her very first hair cut. Only took 5 minutes to do so lady had time to waste so I ended up getting my hair trimmed up as well which that only took 15 minutes. I also got my eye brows done while I was there as I made an appointment for that & my daughters hair. I thought children get a discount? I had to pay for 2 adult trims, all together i spent 53$ for 2 trims & to get my eye brows waxed. Think I should have only been charged for a child’s hair cut an adult hair cut & an eye brow wax.

I went to get highlights based on the 7 foils for $30 special that they have and arrived 2 hours before the store closed. Not only did I wait an hour and a half for the 2 stylists to finish cuts and blowdries, they had started before I got there, but once it was finally my turn I was informed that they couldn’t do color because the store was closing in 30 minutes and neither of the stylists did highlights, only one did full color. The entire hour and a half I sat watching them move at the paces of snails no one asked what service I was there for once and no one was even able to do the advertised special.

Dave is a great one to get your hair cut by! The staff is very friendly and their electronic sign in system makes for a very smooth operation. Only missing one star because I have had only one bad hair cut in which they fix for free and very kindly!
