My mother took my 11yr old son to get a basic trim before the holidays. Well as simple as that sounds, they managed to screw it up. Their staff is uneducated in basic techniques. My mother had to ask for the “stylist” to go back and cut the back of his hair straight! They cut waaay too much off, pieces are longer then others in the front, on the sides. Scissors were used to fade (or what they think a fade is) instead of clippers, all around…it’s jacked up! He doesn’t want to see anyone because he is embarrassed of his hair. If you can’t cut hair, please don’t pretend because you’ve now just destroyed an 11yr olds confidence. I would post a picture of this disaster but will not humiliate him any further.. Thanks so much!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was here at this Best Cuts a month or so ago. I had came in and I had received a lot of looks from the other stylists there. The one Stylist that actually welcomed me was Margaret. I have known her for a while, however, she had only known me with straight hair. I had went there to chop off my locks. At first, I’ll admit, she didn’t want to do so because she informed me of how wonderful my curls are. I advised her I only wanted a trim. She gave me the best experience possible for not only a deep condition, but for a blow dry and straightening. Kudos to Margaret for making this shop incredible. Highly recommended for natural patrons.

The place was clean and seemingly professional but the employees were very straight-faced and dry. My barber didn’t even smile once and I had to stimulate the small talk. It felt awkward to say the least. I had to keep reminding my barber to fix this and touch that up, ect. There was very minimal effort put into my easy fade/shape-up haircut. I was disappointed to find out that they don’t use straight razors for anything as well. My haircut/beard trim took a total of 15 minutes and I was charged $25 not including the tip. They didn’t even shampoo my hair to start off. When I mentioned the shampooing as part of my package they said “oh did you want that too, we can do it” and this was after they were finished with me and I was up at the counter paying. They also talked behind customs backs after they left in front of the remaining customers in the store – very unprofessional and I felt uninvited. I spent a total of $29 and will not be returning to Best Cuts anytime soon. Sorry for the negative review but that’s what these reviews are for and hopefully they will tighten up some after reading enough honest feedback from their customers.

If I could give no starts I would! Just left after spending $86 on multiple appointments completely unsatisfied. My 90yr old grandmom was treated terribly by a “stylist” with a bad attitude who proceeded to argue with her about the back of her hair being cut evenly. My son’s hair was also cut unevenly and I will now have to fix it myself. Unbelievable how terrible the customer service was, overall. We will not be returning again. Go to a different place, Cinnaminson has many of them!

Horrible. It was hot and muggy. I went in and was just looking to greet my head buzzed to a2 or 3. I asked how much and thegirl said$12. That was fine. I sat down and the girl took the Clippers and went at it. She cut my hair inn about 6 min. When She showed me in the mirror, there were uncut long hairs everywhere. I asked her to fix it. So She went at it again for about 3 min. It was hot, i was getting angry,so i said that’s fine. Then i get to the register and she hits me with ” that’ll be$18 “. I was like”WHAT” idk why, butt i wasn’t my normal self and demands satisfaction. I just left. But i can’t remember the last hair cut i got that so many people said how bad it was.

This is a great salon! My entire family comes here and I have had better cuts and color than places that charge 3 times as much. Sami and Margaret are awesome, but really everyone is fantastic.

The hair cut was not good i asked for a 3 and it was a 4 the right was less hair than the left and now i have a bald spot and forced to were a hat and my hairline is trashed it is very crappy and i will never go here again. Best cuts more like worst cuts now i have to get a touch up from another place

Seriously the worst place to get a haircut. I only go here when my usual barber shop is closed and I need a haircut fast. I get the same woman Everytime and she just doesn’t know how to cut hair. Would only go back if I was getting my head completely shaved.
