Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityDisappointing experience today- Waited 20 minutes for appointment. I requested Barbara who stated she did not have time for me- she was leaving at 2:00pm. I made appointment prior to visit and wanted Barbara as she did a great job on my hair last time. I felt rushed and pressured to accept a dry cut with Addie when what I requested was a shampoo cut and blow dry. In the time I spent waiting and getting a dry cut Barbara cut 3 other people’s hair and was still working when I left after 2:00pm. Sadly I will not be coming back here again with my husband.I had prior recommended this place for my mom and sister. I don’t recommend coming here if you expect to be treated professionally and with respect. I would give zero if I can. Booked via app like any other super cut place. Then show up to have the person working there say we don’t have any appt available. I told her I booked over app and they said that doesn’t work… So after bit back and forth I say shouldn’t the app say it’s not working.. Then finally the person says the magic word that at least should have been said towards the beginning in one way or the other: “Im sorry…”

Just got back from my first haircut with Meg (Margaret). She did an awesome job – gave me an adorable pixie cut with super texture and precision detail. Exactly what I wanted. We had an easy immediate rapport, and even shared hug at the end. Meg is friendly and enthusiastic, and a really good technician. I’ll be back.
