I had the absolute best experience there today ever. The ladies that were there today were so professional and knew what they were doing. Courtney was able to cut my almost 2 year old son’s hair with no problem. He was a little scared and moved around but she was extremely patient and didn’t get frustrated once. That is true customer service. I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you ladies for making my experience AMAZING.

worst experience I ever had. Having appointment at 3 pm and get turn at 7 pm. Always prefer the walk in as it will be the paid customer and never care about the appointment customers time. This happens many time at this location. Not recommend for appointment for sure. not happy with hair cut even. nit recommended this location.

I’ve been going here for a few years now, most of the hairdressers are friendly. I have straight, fine hair usually cut with scissors (probably the equivalent of a 4 on the sides, 6 on the top). Usually at least satisfied and sometimes thrilled with the cut.

The only reason id give 2 starsis because the girl was really nice but i didnt get my hair dried because it was hot out. When i got home my hair was dried and i got to see how UNEVEN it was! Completely horrible! And i paid $25 for a shampoo and barely cut! I didnt have a problem with the price because of the pandemic until i seen the final product! I’ve been doing a better job myself at home with sharpened sizzors!

My hubby and I always come here for haircuts. I’m a Rowan student so I get $3 off. and my hubby is a veteran, he always gets military discount. The lady took care of me today had a long blonde hair with tattoos on her arms. I didn’t ask her name but she said she normally worked here on Monday. She was the most caring hairdresser I have had in the US. When she combed my hair, she didn’t just run through my ears, instead she was very gentle and caring. At the end of the haircut, she used a washcloth to clean the shredded hair on my neck and my arms. For less than $20 haircut, the service was awesome. I highly recommend. I got a haircut from Antonio studio last month for $50 at swell and the lady was rude with not much respect. Sometimes, money doesn’t always define the level of service you get, it all depends on individual server.
