Best SuperCuts I’ve ever been to. Gladys cut my hair. I have straight hair and wanted it cut 2 inches with layers. Fantastic job done. She was so sweet. I even asked for an extra detail at the end and she did it in 5 minutes. I’ve used this place before and it’s never disappointed. Don’t be afraid to tell them to adjust something if you don’t like it!

I just has a really bad experience at the Morristown Supercuts that I’d like to warn people about. I made an appointment online and went to Supercuts at the designated time. The minute I walked in, the stylist flatly said, “it’s gonna be at least 30 minutes”. She had just seated a walk in at my appointment time….a woman with long hair which takes a long time. No apology, no explanation. The Web site says, “there may be a small wait when you arrive.” I told her I didn’t think 30+ minutes was a small wait. She didn’t like that and started at me. The woman in the chair saw what had happened and got up and left because she was made so uncomfortable by the stylist. When I was seated, the stylist berated me the whole time she was cutting my hair in front of the whole salon. She finished by saying, “if you don’t like the way Supercuts is run, you should go somewhere else.” I’m an elderly gentleman and have never been treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner. Of course, I won’t be back.

My 3yo got her first haircut here and they did a great job! They have a kids booster as well as a little cape and made sure she was comfortable. The lady used a spray bottle instead of taking her to a sink and that helped her feel more relaxed too. It was inexpensive and easy. We had a great experience!

Critical: QualityStaff were very friendly. However, this is probably one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. I asked to keep it long and I approved the slight trim they showed me on the hair. At the end of the cut I am missing like 5 inches? Face framers so uneven even my dad noticed and I have a rat tail type thing???? Everywhere is closed today and I am considering trying to cut it myself to fix this. Also bought a bottle of the styling serum, pump does not work. Honestly I am super upset not even over the money but the time it’s going to take to grow my hair back. I can barely put it in a ponytail?!Staff were very friendly. When I asked for something shorter they didn’t want to cut it at the length I asked because it would be short. I don’t understand why some hairdressers are afraid to cut long hair.
