I’ve been to this place more than 3 times, and it is ok. I was going here because it is closer and not crowded. They don’t accept coupons. There are a couple of stylists who are really good. I noticed that they don’t welcome the customers or greet them all the time. When I went last time, the owner was there, and he welcomed nicely. They don’t save the customers’ style saved in their system, so every time we go there, we have to tell what to do.

My haircut is fine, not the best but not the worst. But heads up, there is NO WAXING at this location. The supercuts website lists it for this location but that must be outdated. Not the store’s fault, but be aware of that!

Critical: ProfessionalismFor the first time my son wanted to try Super Haircuts so we decided to go to Randolph location since it’s close to my location. We got the the lady with red hair. I was very disappointed with her attitude, her facial expressions in between….rolling her eyes and more……also my son didn’t liked the hair cut she did. He asked her to keep it long but she just made it short. Didn’t even asked what length you want to keep.I still gave her the tip even though I was not happy with her behavior ( I didn’t want to be rude like her)…..anyway I would just say that it was my fault that I didn’t read the reviews before going otherwise I would have picked other location. They should understand that no matter how good skills you have, you should know how to be with the customers. I hate to give them this review. The people who worked here were nice people. Conversational and friendly enough. Unfortunately I got one of the worst haircuts I ever got in my life here. Had to fix what I could at home. Could have just been a bad day for them but it really looked as if they didn’t pay any attention to detail. Some parts were choppy. Some parts not cut enough. Things didn’t match. Every thing you could think of.
