One of the stylists just cut my ear open when just doing a simple buzz of the sides. I have been coming here for a number of years. They are always fantastic. I get accidents happen but this was beyond ridiculous and all they wanted to do was take pictures of it. I got a very lowly apology by the manager when she finished the haircut. I seriously love that there was someone as talented as Chanel at Supercuts… she did a job that a normal salon would easily charge 200 dollars for for 115. I ended up tipping her 45 dollars just because I went planning to spend 209 and ended up spending 85 dollars less. I’m going to be a regular customer for her from now on. THANKS CHANEL!!!
