Two times recently I went to this location near the closing time. The open sign was on the door and the lights were on. Multiple employees were there sitting down with no customers. Both times I was denied service. I understand they don’t want customers close to closing, but if that’s the case, they should put the closed sign on the door and turn the lights out and lock the door. Poor customer, service, and poor management at this location. I generally like Supercuts, but will not return here.

Mahwah supercuts is amazing!! Everyone is so talented that works there!!! The store hours are more than convenient for everyone 🙂 open 7 days a week WOW that’s amazing!!! The online app is also a great way to check in and you can also call the same day or even days out for an appointment!!
