Hello, I went today 7/26/22 and my appointment was at 4:00 pm, a lady cut my hair, I have curly/straight long hair and I showed her a picture of a haircut I wanted. I told her not so short on top, me thinking she was gonna do it. A few minutes later I walk out of supercuts with short hair even after telling her to keep it long but not to long. I don’t know her name but she had glasses and blonde hair, also she understood me but didn’t speak English very well.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment at 11:20am and when I arrived, I was told they couldn’t see me. They informed me they called me to cancel 20 minutes before my appointed time. I was already driving to the location at this time. They also told me they wanted meet their 12:00 appointment and had accepted a walk-in.I am very annoyed. I don’t understand the purpose of booking appointments when they are selective about appointments they want to take.Woman was absolutely rude and looked like she didn’t even want my business.
