I have been to this salon a few times now and I have never had a problem with any of my visits. I’m a fairly easy customer though, a buzzed hair cut with the razor and eye brow waxing. There are some kind of shenanigans happening at this place that raise questions. They say they are very book, you walk in the store and there is 1 person. They change the name of the stylists periodically. The same person is called once Alicia, the next week is Julia. Bad service, creepy vibe. Do not recommend.

Come one come all if you want your hair butchered. Want half an inch off? 2 is fine! Gave me a super masculine haircut (I identify as female and did not want a masculine haircut in the slightest) and now look like a basement dwelling gamer nerd who cannot get a job. It won’t even go up into a ponytail anymore. Absolutely nothing is the same length. I went in for a trim and ended up with two inches off and two layers with about 2 inches in between them. Find a real place that knows how to cut hair and save your money and time. I’ve had maybe 3 good haircuts from the years I’ve gone here and the only reason I went again was because I don’t know where else to go. The person who cut my hair was rude and in a rush. Using a burner account because I have the inability to actually say something bad about places and the other lady working seemed very nice.

I had a bad experience here. I called to find out how much it was to get toner to get the brass out of my hair. They quoted me $50. I went in, the girl gave me a nasty attituded the entire time I was there. Lecturing me about doing my own hair. She said she could get the brass out but the ends would be darker. I Said fine. She made my entire hair orange and then charged me $70. She didn’t even dry my hair. I left in 40 degree weather with wet hair. I called the owner and he had no real interest in helping me. He tried to send me to another salon he owned. No thanks. He’s charging high end salon prices without the talent. At minimum he should have compensated me the $20 upcharge, but he refused to give me anything. I realized later the girl was giving me an attitude because she has no clue what she was doing. I got ripped off here. stay away. He has a lot of 1 star reviews.
