Made appointment for 2pm at Supercuts in Ft Lee NJ. Got there on time. The shop attendant claimed no record of appointment. I have the record of my call to Supercuts. I was asked to wait in line of about six customers. No apology. No courtesy. All the hairdressers kept on working. I left after waiting unsuccessfully for some explanation – never to go back again.

Used the website to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Arrived 3 minutes early and checked in. Waited for 45 minutes while other walk-in customers were given priority ahead of me. When I asked to be seen, the stylist indicated that they had no record of my appointment because I had used the website. They recommended I call the location or wait in the lobby instead.

Great consistent hair cuts. Once you find a stylist who matches your style, you’re in and out fast with what you expect. I’ve been going to Klodiana for years and she’s been taking great care of me. I’ve also used Adrianna who is also great. I’ve been going enough to same place that there are a couple of stylist I always look out for, but when in a pinch I’ve always been satisfied with my cut. I used to so get the shampoo, but I’m always out of time. It’s adds a little spa feel. I would often take my daughter. They are great with kids. She is a teen now, so her visits are less frequent as she wants to grow her hair out. I recommend this place and i’ll come regularly because the great service.
