Critical: Punctuality, QualityMade an appointment for 11am and was told to come back in 45 minutes. Then I received the worst haircut I think I ever gotten. Made an appointment for 11am and was told to come back in 45 minutes. Then I received the worst haircut I think I ever gotten. I even tried explaining to the person cutting my hair what was wrong with it (she cut it completely crooked). And she just said I was nervous, since she never cut my hair. I wish she never cut my hair. Don’t think I’m coming back.

Critical: ProfessionalismPlease be very careful with your personal belongings while in this salon. As a Cranford resident for 65 years and always supporting small business downtown, I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was from this establishment. My 82 year old mom went in for a haircut she had to take her glasses off and put them down to get her haircut. When leaving, the pair of glasses she picked up were not hers. I went back with the glasses she took to get her correct ones within an hour of her haircut. This was Thursday October 15th. My mom’s glasses couldn’t be found anywhere. While I understand accidents happen and someone could have picked them up by accident. The way these employees handled this situation was absolutely unprofessional. Nicki finally called back on Saturday and was extremely nasty. Mimi and Jackie did their best to help. Had to get a police report to get reimbursed from insurance for my mom’s $750.00 dollar haircut!!! As a Cranford resident for 65 years and always supporting small business downtown, I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was from this establishment. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI rarely write reviews but since Niki gave me the EXACT cut I asked for, it would be remiss of me not too! My biggest thanks goes to the fact that she listened to me, and was honest and upfront about what was possible or not possible. Prior to Supercuts I was frequenting a very expensive salon where my hairdresser always felt the need to add her own touch, whether it was to feather when I wanted blunt, or texturize when I wanted one length. It was maddening. So finding Niki, a hairdresser who truly listens to and respects what her client’s want, was a game changer for me. I rarely write reviews but since Niki gave me the EXACT cut I asked for, it would be remiss of me not too! My biggest thanks goes to the fact that she listened to me, and was honest and upfront about what was possible or not possible. Prior to Supercuts I was frequenting a very expensive salon where my hairdresser always felt the need to add her own touch, whether it was to feather when I wanted blunt, or texturize when I wanted one length.
