The stylists are wonderful but the booking system is horrible. You can only book same day on the app but sometimes the app will confirm you booked but not communicate with the salon’s booking schedule so you arrive with the electronic confirmation of your appointment and they have no record of your appointment in the salon. They are understandably super busy (because the stylists are awesome) so you can’t get through to schedule on the phone. So you go in person to schedule the week prior, watch the stylist type your appointment into their schedule, get a verbal confirmation of the date and time, only to come in on the day of the appointment to be told they don’t have a record of the appointment anywhere. Seriously only come here if you have a lot of free time to wait because there’s a 50 percent chance they’ll have no record of the appointment you scheduled. Would be 5 out of 5 stars if not for all the mistakes with scheduling over the past year.

Had an appointment and got there earlier. Requested to get hair cut sooner if possible, was told it was not possible. Another customer walks in with out an appointment and gets seated for a haircut before me. To me that was disrespectful. Not going back there anymore.

Clean facility and very Covid conscious. I’ve had several haircuts here, none particularly good but remember you’re at a budget barber shop. I’m an almost bald male so it shouldn’t be that difficult. The price is right though. My last haircut was done properly however and I was very pleased. My barber (I refuse to use the term hair stylist because I’m bald and don’t need one) was Katherine; very good haircut. Lots of ladies there having all kinds of procedures done to their hair. Supercuts asks for reservations if you don’t want to wait. Will be back.

I have had hair cuts from two different stylists. They were both professional and listened to my instructions. Final results were wonderful. No frills and same skills as Panico across the street. Except $280.00 vs $28.00. Was not impressed by the costly haircut. I guess I am a no frills kind of gal.

Catherine’s very nice the one in West Caldwell she gave it to me suggestions what to do with my hair she was going to do and the haircut came out very nice and people are very nice compliments after I left there nice and clean and they’re friendly I would go back there again

My time at Supercuts was always prompt and I always left satisfied with my haircut. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Victoria for years and have even gone the extra length to follow her from the Clifton location. She always does a great job, is really friendly and knows how to treat her clients. I’ve even recommended many of my friends to get their hair done by her. She’s great.

I visited this Supercuts location last Monday. When I arrived I was told it would be a little wait, which was okay with me. I patiently waited and was told not once but twice that I was next. Continually other people were taken in front of me. The seems to be owner was non stop talking about her drunken nights and boyfriend. I waited one hour and 40 minutes to be taken for a simple wash and blow out. Once I was taken the girl was quite sick with coughing and sneezing. Her washing my hair and a blow out to my medium length hair took a very long with very mediocre to I would say poor result. When I approached the counter I was told the charge was $42. I have no problem paying but to wait almost 2 hours and to have hair that didn’t even look good just seems not right. The owner continuously was throwing herself on all the male clients and showed no effort in seeing how my time was there. I would never recommended this super cut to anyone or go back. They are very disorganized and seem to not care about their customers. The employees also seem as thou they do not get along well together. My stylist was speaking against her boss as well. Please do not go to this salon.

All precautions are taken including temperature taking. Salon is clean and sanitary. Haircuts are very reasonably priced. It helps to have an image of what you want ahead of time.
