This Supercuts is the best of all I’ve been to. For years I have been getting my hair done by Nancy. She is an amazing Stylist and Colorist. She listens to your needs. She makes suggestions. Walks you through step by step. My highlights come out perfect every time. I get loads of compliments and some of my friends have left their Salons to have Nancy do their hair. I highly recommend Nancy and this Supercuts location!

Today I felt so bad because I have been going to the same hairdresser for 15 years and , I needed a change desperately because my hair was not pretty .I walked in and was greeted by Nancy ! She fixed me up and cut my hair to correct the problem and now it looks beautiful , a real transformation .

At 4 PM I made an appointment on the app to get my daughter’s hair died and was scheduled for 5:45 PM. I got there at 5:15 and since there were a few people waiting I walked up to the register. The hairdresser asked what I wanted done so I told her my daughter wanted her hair died blue. She proceeded to tell me in a loud voice that would be $300 because my daughter has long hair. I told her half my daughter’s hair is buzzed from the top of her ear down. She said well it’s a long process because we’ll have to bleach her hair first then die it so it’s $300 plus it’s late and I’m about to leave and none of the other girls can do it. If you want green then we can do that for $70 on top of her current color. I asked my daughter what she wanted to do and she said she no longer wanted to die her hair so we left. Very unprofessional!

If i could give this place 0, I would. I was trying to set up an appointment through the app today, but I didn’t see the service I was looking for. I thought it be better if I called, so I did. I spoke with a woman (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name), and I asked to make an appointment and she rudely interrupted me and said, ” I can’t make an appointment right now I’m work…ok?” Needless to say I’ll be looking for another salon.
