Absolutely horrible! I went this last Friday the 13th and it turned into a horror show of terrible haircutting, an incredibly unprofessional attitude, that I guess gratefully only lasted a few minutes but that’s really part of the problem…no attention to detail topped with a bad, uncaring attitude…the “stylist” left my hair badly uneven and when I returned a few minutes later she began arguing with me, saying it was my fault because “that’s how I asked for it” and “your hair can’t be cut even”… really! Well I guess it must have been a lucky break every other time someone cut my hair properly, evenly in the past then…just shaking my head… negative stars…never going back

I’m not one to ever write reviews (esp poor ones) but I went on 7/29 to get a little shape up and had a weirdly unpleasant experience. Made an apt for 4:30, arrived to find out they double booked the apt and didn’t have the staff to take both appointments at once. Nbd. I was happy to wait for a bit. However, staff started verbally fighting each-other, loudly, in front of the customers, as a result of the double booking. The disagreement probs went on for about 5 mins before we chimed in and stated we didn’t mind waiting. I was sat around 4:45 in a dirty chair with hair from the last customer visibly all over the chair, floor, counter, and tools. She took no time to clean in between cuts. I told the employee how I wanted my hair cut and she seemed to not have listened bc she asked 3 times while she was cutting what length I desired. I was in and out of the chair in a total of 5 mins and the haircut is nowhere near what I wanted/needed. It is entirely too short, un-even, and not even able to be styled. After my first unpleasant experience here, I thought it just may have been a one-off scenario so I decided to give them another shot, but this reassured me I probably won’t be back.

We came today with my three kids to have their haircut. We showed the picture for their haircut and they said they can do it, but the result was very from different from the picture. And I felt bad for my kids because they don’t like their haircut. We have to find a better barber shop for my three children next time. When my three children got their haircut, all my children’s hair was uneven. The service was not good.
