I went for the first time yesterday and their stylist Desirae was very helpful, confirmed at every step of the way that she was cutting my hair to my liking, and gave me useful information. The haircut is mediocre at best, but still appropriately priced considering they are considerably less expensive than other options in Fairfield County. However, the customer service is beyond terrible – I’ve never seen one of the women smile or welcome a customer and they mumble through the entire process as if you’re doing them a favor by being there. Also, and it can’t be attributed to this location in particular, but the online check-in is completely useless. The estimated wait time has absolutely zero correlation to reality. So, long story short: Price is fine, haircut is fine, service is dismal.

Jennifer and the manager both give me very good cuts …sometimes excellent. If you go during the day (not lunch) there is little to no wait. Being a chain haircut place, quality can be inconsistent depending on who you get but I’ve never had a bad haircut here. And the price is right.

It was quick to get in and in the chair but the hairdresser was the most condescending I’ve ever seen. She asks how I’d like my hair cut and I reply with the blade numbers. The remainder of her interaction with me was a condescending tone of “do I know how short that is?” to which I reply, “yes, I’ve been doing this for the past five years”. She says again with tone “are you sure?” So I reply with the inch length each blade number equates to. She shrugs and condescendingly says “okay whatever” and then cuts my hair.

Awful experience!!! Even i showed the lady a picture of how i wanted my hair and dont use clippers but still she did. I could not see without my spectacles thats ehy could not tell how she was cutting my hair. Just an awful experience. Please avoid going to that branch. I heard South Norwalk one is better.

Could not express more the extreme lack of customer service here. The attitudes of the workers here are TERRIBLE. I stood there for what seemed like an eternity before the woman there turned to me as if I was bothering her, and said very rudely and in disdain , “oh, can i help you?”…as if i just walked in. I was the ONLY one standing there in the entire waiting room. As this was my 3rd time here, and having been treated similarly my previous 2 times, I looked at her, and said “actually, no. you can’t help me”. And I turned and walked out. Unbelievable. The workers here are disinterested, condescending, arrogant, and flat out rude. And this is a result of 3 different trips here. DO NOT GO HERE. I would not have given it even 1 star, but it wouldn’t allow me to post without selecting at least one.

I want to start off by saying that Supercuts is a cheap place to get your hair done pretty much everyone knows this.. you get what you pay for. However, last year an acquaintance recommended me to get my hair cut by a supercut hair stylist name Jessica (Latina woman). Jessica was amazing! She listens to what you want. she cut my hair into layers and I received many complements from friends and family. They couldn’t believe a cut like that came from Supercuts. So I became a regular and I ONLY got my hair cut by Jessica. I came home from college last month and decided to get my hair cut. Unfortunately, I was told Jessica no longer works there. A mother hair stylist asked If I wanted to get my hair cut by someone else. I made the God awful mistake to say yes. I got my hair cut from a gentleman by the name JERRY. This guy was so UNCONFIDENT and DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING! HE RUIND MY HAIR!!! HE KEPT STOPPING AND STARTED TO SAY “HUMMM” AND KEPT LOOKING UP. JERRY CUT SOOOO MUCH OFF AND HAD THE NERVE TO SAY MY HAIR WAS CUT UNEVEN. WHEN IN REALITY HE WAS THE ONE WHO RUINED MY HAIR!!! MY LAYES LOOK HORRIBLE!!I HAVE VERY SHORT PIECES AND VERY LONG PIECES. HE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND HIS LICENSE SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY! I will NO LONGER go here! overtime I look at the mess that JERRY did to my hair I get very angry. The company did nothing!! horrible place hopefully it gets shut down. My goal is to find Jessica so she can fix this horrible cut. Please DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE OR ANY OTHER SUPER CUTS.
