My only criticism is that there’s no place to sit if you’re waiting for your appointment or your partner’s appointment to be completed. I understand the social distancing just fine, but surely that can be achieved and still allow this older lady to sit. I was permitted to stand there but not sit? Being disabled with multiple sclerosis, and 66 as well, having an available chair is necessary. Other places are managing the same situation. Otherwise, the service was great. My stylist was skilled and did exactly what I needed.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went into the shop 2/10/21 to get my hair cut. Being a Frontline healthcare worker having really long hair and trying to keep it up in a bun is difficult so I wanted to cut it short. When it wasn’t cut as short as I liked i asked if this woman could cut it a tad bit shorter. This older mid 50 year old woman threw her arms down like a child and said “really I have to do it all over again!?” And when I said yes I need it a little shorter she agresivly combed through my hair which hurt extremely then ripped off the thing they cover you with when she was done. Been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment to wash cut and dry my hair. I understand COVID has caused problems with appointments but every time I call I’m told they cannot accommodate me and that I should call back another time. Sad.
