Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI need to preface this review with a little history, I have anxiety and trusting someone to cut my hair is very difficult. I don’t usually see the same hairdresser more than once because I never leave with the haircut I envisioned. I’m a first time client here, I booked a last minute haircut before my camping trip using Google’s “book online feature” one day in advance. I haven’t been to supercuts in years because of an experience from another location and the simple philosophy of “you get what you pay for”… but I decided to give this one a try.I believe my hairdresser’s name was Jazmin, she promptly greeted me upon entering while she finished up with a client, then took a second with me to get me checked in. After her client left she thoroughly sanitized her station and welcomed me to sit down. I’m usually very timid but she was easy to talk to and she was very communicative asking questions to understand exactly how I wanted my hair cut. I needed a lot. I had a bob cut from last year that had grown out so the hair needed to first be cut to the same length, then layered. She also asked if I’d like to frame my face so we did that. The other thing I wanted was an undercut with a simple design. Again she asked questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She never rushed me, she understood what I wanted and I left feeling so good about the experience I decided to leave this review! I need to preface this review with a little history, I have anxiety and trusting someone to cut my hair is very difficult. I don’t usually see the same hairdresser more than once because I never leave with the haircut I envisioned.
