For years I have brought my mother, myself and my two daughters for a haircut, never before today have we ever been dissatisfied like today. I took my mother for her usual haircut. She already has short hair and wanted her usual. The ladies in there were too busy complaining about not receiving tips for their services, instead of listening to my mothers request of what type of haircut she wanted. She walked out looking exactly the same way she looked walking in. If they’d just put more effort into doing exactly what the client’s wants then they would be getting the tips they deserve. I will not be bringing my daughter’s, myself or my mother back.

I found a job and moved out of Connecticut last year and during new year, I came back to connecticut to visit my parent.so, I came back to this store for haircut again, and I was so upset at this time. There is a new barber, she is very very rude!!!!!! She only spend less 5 mins on my whole haircut and always give me attitude every time I ask her a question. She has red hair. This is also first time I didn’t leave tips for haircut. So, at this moment, I highly recommend people to come this store and not let her to be your barber.
