I frequently visit this super cuts and have a fine experience, however, today I received a trim from stylist Liz and was quite upset. I am a young girl and often do not speak up unless there is a serious concern, upon noticing a chunk of hair missing from a front piece, I politely asked for it to be evened out, but was met with attitude and a sloppy fix. This was supposed to be my back to school hair, but I am now left with 2 completely uneven sides and hair significantly shorter than I had hoped. I am extremely disappointed as this stylist does not reflect the skill, ability, and kindness that each of the others have exhibited.

This shop is wonderful. My hair has never looked so good. Cheyenne asked if anyone ever mentioned about getting highlights and I said no. She told me that they would look great with my hair color. So I had it done and it was the best thing I ever had done to my hair. I will never go anywhere else!!!!! Haircut, Hair coloring

I asked for a two on the sides with an inch off the top which they delivered. Though when it was time to trim my beard she cut my neck multiple times, also there are random long hairs that weren’t cut. My husband was there at 3:30pm today, Sunday. Google says Supercuts is open until 4pm. The lady locked the door in my husband’s face, and got in her car. I could see if it were 5-10 minutes before close, but 30 min?? Idk whether manager is, but this is not ok. It’s bs.

Never gotten a bad haircut here. Couple of the ladies here are also a pleasure to talk with while getting your haircut. Was there today actually, wish I remembered the name of my stylist. She was a bombshell. Think it was Alyssa or Samantha, pretty blonde tan lady. Easy to talk with, always a pleasure instead of sitting in silence for the whole haircut.
