Walked in on a Saturday for a kids cut for my son and wasn’t greeted. I checked in online but came early to see if he can get fit in. The person working (there was only one) said he couldn’t take us until 3 and immediately turned back around to continue what he was doing. Very rude and unprofessional. I will continue to take my son here only if he can get an appointment with ROBIN BECAUSE SHES THE BEST!!!

I live in West Haven but the Supercuts near me in Orange,CT is closed for renovations. I really needed to get a haircut so I chose the North Haven, CT in the Home Depot plaza off of exit 9 on I-91 because it was close to my job. I downloaded the app and scheduled a session for after work; the process was simple. When I arrived the stylist Jaxi (Pronounced Jackie) was pleasant and made me feel welcome immediately. I felt comfortable putting my hair in her expert hands. After several minutes I saw the results and I was quite pleased. I asked for the senior discount but I’m not quite 65; Jaxi offered me the 10% hero discount for healthcare workers.

This review is a few weeks late, but I stopped in this supercuts to get a few inches cut off due to damage. Bianca was amazing! She gave me a great cut and recommended a fabulous haircare line to help restore my curls. As someone who’s wasted a lot of money on hair products, I was hesitant to try her suggestion but so glad I did! My curls are looking better than ever!
