I will not be returning here, my hair looks terrible, uneven it’s too short for my liking. I didn’t ask for this cut but somehow got it. I had shoulder length hair and wanted to raise up the layers a bit, not to have it thinned out and look top heavy. This is not the first time with a big problem like this with supercuts, I’m really upset hair doesn’t grow over night. Sorry to the person who cut it but its looks awful. If these people don’t understand what someone wants….please speak up and tell them. I really couldn’t tell until I got home and looked… not going back here.

Stylist did a great job,but commented to my son about me wanting it shorter. Told my son he should have told her about bad haircut last time instead of making him feel bad. He won’t be returning.

The first time I wanted to give SuperCuts a try, I was greeted at the door with an “Ugh, I was just about to go to Wendy’s” by the only employee in the shop; I was clearly more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. I just left rather than attempt to deal with someone who didn’t want me there. I gave SuperCuts a second try, and I actually got in the front door. I received a decent haircut for a decent price but the employee was really off putting; she told me she had years of experience but seemingly couldn’t decipher what a fade was, and was a little combative when I tried to explain. No attempt to understand or meet me on a middle ground. She ended up just kind of cutting my hair how she wanted to, adhering loosely to the criteria I provided. Is SuperCuts my first choice? Absolutely not, however, it’s acceptable if you only need the most basic of haircuts (for men at least).

I made an appointment 5 hours ahead of time and I showed up 15 minutes early even and the hairdressers still took people who came in AFTER me even though they did NOT have an appointment. VERY rude. A second hairdresser even told the available one that I was first and she IGNORED HER.

Arrived on Sunday at 3:40 pm for a haircut for my daughter since we were shopping in the plaza and the women said oh yeah, we are closed, sorry. Sign says closes at 4. I could see if there were people waiting and couldn’t take more customers but there wasn’t. Just 3 women standing around talking. Haircut would of taken 10 minutes. Would not recommend.

I’ve always preferred this Supercuts over any other hair salon but today was well above and beyond and deserves mentioning. I had an amazing experience from Melissa!! She was so kind, patient, and gentle with my toddler getting his hair cut. She did an amazing job on his hair, and an amazing personality to keep children calm and enjoying their experience. Everyone knows cutting an energetic little boys hair isn’t the easiest thing to do so 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you again Melissa!

The hair dresser was great. The problem is that the owner has to stop being so cheap and hire a receptionist. While I was getting my hair cut the hair dresser had to leave me 5 times. Let the owner know that Guilford Super cuts is not that far away and is adequately staffed.
