Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was really unimpressed with the quality of the cut and the bs that the stylist fed me about not being able to do a cut that I’ve had before. She also made rude comments about my color (done elsewhere) and did not stop the passive aggressive comments and gossip with the other hairdresser during my entire service . I will not go back. In fact, I’ve made an appointment elsewhere to get what I wanted in the first place so I basically wasted my money and time. I was really unimpressed with the quality of the cut and the bs that the stylist fed me about not being able to do a cut that I’ve had before. She also made rude comments about my color (done elsewhere) and did not stop the passive aggressive comments and gossip with the other hairdresser during my entire service . I will not go back. In fact, I’ve made an appointment elsewhere to get what I wanted in the first place so I basically wasted my money and time. I should have known better, her hair looked awful.

Positive: CleanlinessI’ve been to this hair salon multiple times and I have never been disappointed. The prices are cheap and reasonable, and the women are very nice. I have had Erica a few times, along with my brother, and she is one of the nicest, most professional, and talented hair dressers I think I’ve ever been to. My brother has had Paige multiple times, and he has never been let down. I had Jessica once and she is nice, but I was kind of let down on the haircut. I have curly hair which means you have to cut and style it a certain way, and she missed a few spots, so some parts were longer then the others and I had to finish the cut at home. It wasn’t that big of deal, but still a let down. I’ve never had Jaime, but she seems good and, again, very nice.
