I legitimately have not taken a single photo of myself for about a year since breaking away from social media, I hated the way I look and how my hair felt and got sick and couldn’t take care of it myself anymore so I just let it go. I went for there for the first time and it’s my last. I never leave bad reviews. I’m flexible and have realistic expectations for most things. My salon was damaged in a fire and I couldn’t put my roots off any longer. The stylist was intimidating and rude. She added every possible upcharge she could without informing me. I understand the posted prices are “starting rates”, which is fine, but if there’s a big difference the customer should be informed. If I had known the cost, I could have gone to the local spa for a $50 difference and gotten a better experience.

This is my 2nd time coming to this location for a blowout. I walked in, went to sink, sat down and was refused service because I have extensions. Was told this is a policy. It does not list this on their website at all, not to mention this was my 2nd time there for same service in less than 2 months. The girl working did not care one bit that she couldn’t help me. I asked for owners info and she said to Google corporate. Last time I checked Supercuts was a full service hair salon, they offer blow-dry services on their menu and no mention of extensions excluded. Very disappointed in the customer service here.
