Critical: Professionalism, QualityAsked for a very normal haircut and got something completely different. Asked for a mid high bald fade with sideburns blended into my beard. Hairdresser took a 2 guard 3/4 of the way to the top of my head, and just buzzed the entire sides and back of my head with. 2, half way down my sideburns with no blending or fading. I expressed my malcontent at the length and height about 30 seconds into the haircut, but since he made his first cut with the clippers at the top, not the bottom/ hairline, there was no going back. He did not offer to fix it, or offer any solutions. Finished with the 2 guard, trimmed a couple of other spots and said he was done, without blending my sideburns. When I told him I was not going to pay for this he copped an attitude. Got the manager to come out, who comped the service as my hairstyle is ruined for at least the next month it’ll take me to grow this back- I’ve had mostly decent haircuts here before, but this was the one that will make me never go back.Asked for a very normal haircut and got something completely different. Asked for a very normal haircut and got something completely different. Asked for a mid high bald fade with sideburns blended into my beard. Sunday comes …I enter this location … the greeter looked like she didn’t want to be there and told me I never made an appointment. She also kept telling me that my toddler couldn’t sit on my lap for his haircut which o understood but somehow she kept repeating herself … overall I felt uncomfortable and felt like they didn’t want us there !!!! So my husband and I decided to go to sports cuts instead which was the beat choice because they were super nice and professional!!!! I originally made an appointment earlier in the week and left my sons name and made sure it was on a Sunday . Sunday comes …I enter this location … the greeter looked like she didn’t want to be there and told me I never made an appointment. She also kept telling me that my toddler couldn’t sit on my lap for his haircut which o understood but somehow she kept repeating herself … overall I felt uncomfortable and felt like they didn’t want us there !!!! So my husband and I decided to go to sports cuts instead which was the beat choice because they were super nice and professional!!!!
