I’ve been coming here for about 10 or 11 years. I’d say I’ve been happy with them and their service about 90% of the time, keep in mind they are a business and are there to make money if you want a Madison Ave. Haircut or whatever type of cut women get then don’t come here, this is a basic hair salon store. I get fades and I’m just about always pleased with the service. I don’t care about the atmosphere I’m not there to make friends or have a deep conversation I’m here to get my haircut and they do a good enough job for me. Hate seeing a decent place get a bad rep from people who expect way too much for where they’re going because they are the ones too cheap to pay top dollar for their haircut. I like this place and will continue to come here.

First time visiting salon. They were able to give me an appt within an hour of calling. Very clean. 3 stylists working. I had a new stylist apparently as she got advice from another stylist, made me a bit nervous but she did well on my trim. She cut only 1/2 inch as I asked, unlike many salons that cut off several inches. I didn’t see the senior price and wasn’t offered it at check out. I will return and also ask for senior price. Nice salon with basic services.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in for a small hair trim and full color left with several different reds and blondes in my hair, my hair was so fragile I couldn’t brush it the bleach was left in my hair for almost 2 hours. Leah was too focused on pushing more customers through than to finish styling my hair, I walked out with wet hair and a trim that wasn’t even done. I came in for a small hair trim and full color left with several different reds and blondes in my hair, my hair was so fragile I couldn’t brush it the bleach was left in my hair for almost 2 hours. Leah was too focused on pushing more customers through than to finish styling my hair, I walked out with wet hair and a trim that wasn’t even done. Very unhappy will not come back.

The Lady there seemed like she did not want to be working, on top of that she told me she has 20+ years of hair cutting experience she butchered my hair, she has no idea how to fade hair in and the back of my head looks like a 5 year old cut it. I will never be going back there again recommend no one dose. Haircut

We show up in time for my husband haircut and we had to wait and he didn’t get done in till 130 so a half hour late we where think about get up and leave. She did not cut hair evenly in the bangs area. So not to happy with the service with them this time.

Went inside to get a haircut and was told only appointment available was in 2 hours. Came back in 2 hours and waited for another hour to just have person after person go ahead of me. This place is trash. Thanks for wasting my time. Haircut

She did an awesome job with my hair (short buzzed on the sides faded to longer on the top), and was a perfect combination of professional and friendly. Don’t bother making an appointment. They will take a walk-in first in order to make more money. Appointments are meaningless. They are happy to make you wait. This place is the sweatshop of hair salons. Volume is their goal. You get 15 minutes no matter how your hair looks. I will never go back. Stay away.

My hair was below my eyes and I asked for a trim, my hair is now above my eyes rows about an inch. I also have a friend there who had longish hair and they made him basically bald.
