I asked for a split end trim and specifically asked to cut as little as possible… Came out with about 2 to 3 inches gone ! Including the longer length in back – she just cut it off without asking. I’m pretty p–ed off, as it takes forever for my curly hair to grow long. Literally, it took me about 3 to 5 yrs to get it to that length. Won’t be coming back.

I went with my mom to Supercuts last month in the shopping center in Augusta Maine and my mom and I had a wonderful experience when we stopped foot inside Supercuts to our hairstylist my hairstylist Sophie was so friendly and she did my hair the way I wanted but also put in her recommendations and my hair was saved by her so I would recommend go to Supercuts you won’t be disappointed I was so pleased.

I just got my hair cut and it was a fabulous experience! Amber was amazing! She also had excellent communication skills and asked me questions throughout the process to be certain that I would be happy with my new haircut. The salon was super clean. The stylists will wear a mask if requested. My husband also had his hair cut here and he looks fantastic!

Like others said, the wait time was much longer than they tell you it will be. When I finally got in I showed the stylist 4 pictures of what I wanted (the photo on the right was one of those pics) and specifically pointed out how I wanted my hair completely up off my neck. The result in the picture below (the first picture) is after two attempts at getting her to shorten it. I finally gave up. Now I have to pay someone else to try to salvage this mess. 🙁

No longer taking appointments but doing first come first serve. I brought my son in for a haircut and was told there was 2 people ahead of us so we waited. The man that came in behind us was told there was 3 people ahead of him. My boy and I sat and waited while 4 people, the man that came in behind us included went ahead of us. When I asked the front desk about being forgotten, it was met with excuses and attitude about new corporate policies. Girl attending front desk was Kim. I told her I was making sure we were not forgotten and took my seat and continued to wait. Not happy with this service and WILL NOT come here again.
