Due to a lot of traveling because of moving and the holidays I was having a hard time getting a hair appointment. Found this super cuts available last minute. I came in expecting having only a trim on the longer side of my hair and somehow it became much shorter than expected. I get that things happen so I tipped my 20% and went home knowing it would grow back and this tends to happen if you get a last minute spot. But when I came home I saw how chopped up and uneven my hair was and just really hated how little care my hair stylist put into my cut. Posting pictures so others can decide if this spot is with the 30$ hair cut.

I had my hair cut on 11/2/22 by Kat and she was great! I haven’t been this happy with a cut in a LONG time! She really listened to what I wanted, took her time, and really did an amazing job! I give her a 10/10 and will 100% go back there to have her cut my hair again! Also, for reference, I got a “long pixie” with an undercut in the back. I feel like she paid attention to how my hair sits and cut it so it lays perfectly.

I wouldn’t trust this place to cut a dog’s hair. I went in for a trim. What I asked for was the THE MOST basic, straightforward, simple haircut that ANY stylist should have been able to handle. When I went in, my hair was just past shoulder length. I told the stylist that I only wanted about an inch trimmed off and to keep it all one length. No layers. I simply wanted her to bring it up to my collarbone area. SUPER simple. Immediately, the stylist (who apparently was a woman, but looked more like a 12-year-old boy) started fumbling around, trying to figure out where to start. It appeared as though she had never done this before. First, she told me to tilt my head down. Then, she immediately changed her mind and said, “Oh, sorry. My bad” and had me lift my head back up. Then, she grabbed a chunk of my hair and started sawing away. Literally, the way that she was holding the scissors and the way that she was “chopping” was like someone who was trying to cut through tough cardboard. I had never seen anything like it. As she was cutting, I could feel her hands shaking very badly. I don’t know if she was extremely nervous or withdrawing from some sort of illicit substance, but it was EXTREMELY terrifying. Finally, I had enough and stopped her. I looked in the mirror (which she had me facing away from while she was cutting – VERY strange) and saw that she had hacked off a good 5-6 inches and the hair on the right side of my head was up to my cheekbone!!!!! I was HORRIFIED. I looked like a kid who had tried to give themselves a bowl cut! I said to the stylist, “This is WAY too short! I told you to ONLY trim about ONE INCH off and bring it up to my collarbone, NOT my cheeks!” Her response? “I know. I didn’t realize how you had your head positioned.” Are you freakin’ kidding me?!?!?!? NO apology. NO accepting responsibility for what she had done. Instead, she ran off and I never saw her again. The “supervisor” came over and tried to do what she could to salvage what was left of my hair and had no choice but to give me a hideous 70s/80s style super short bob. I was MORTIFIED. Thank GOD I work from home! They did not charge me for this mess, which is the ONLY right thing they did here. When I left, the supervisor gave me coupons for free haircuts, as if I’d EVER go back there!
