Shouldn’t have taken my daughter here for her first haircut! Met by unfriendly staff, definitely not engaging with myself or my daughter. My daughter HAD curly hair and I made it clear I wanted just the back trimmed up to match the sides and to NOT cut the sides. I wanted the curls to stay! Hairstylist confirmed I wanted it even so it would grow out evenly. My daughter’s hair was mid-back length when wet and now is at the nape of her neck. She cut off probably six inches of length. The sides were cut and because one side was straighter than the other, the curly side was cut so when dry is now above her ear and the other side is below her ear. What a HACK job. I should have cut it myself, but I was hopeful a so-called professional would do better than me. It happened so quickly and I was in shock…paid, walked out and cried. My daughter’s curls are likely gone forever. Big mistake going to Supercuts. I’m devastated by the results.

Arrived at supercuts around 1145 am and was told my wait would be one hour name was added to the list and I could come back. I came back around 1240 and was checked as here. Now I have been waiting in the lobby for one hour. Listening to one employee complaining about the computer system and how she is the only one of two cutting hair. Very unprofessional organization.
