I needed a correction due to a rough haircut from another SC location. I was worrying about some sort of showdown and tension, but they made it very easy. The stylist was super-pleasant (as well as wicked cute – I know, now I’m cancelled for writing that) and was able to rescue my hair and get it into a presentable state. Even though they are always very busy, they were able to do my correction as soon as the previous cut was over. Much appreciated!

We had a great experience here! My daughter wanted to get her tips dyed. The hair stylist took the time to explain everything she was going to do to get hair. She checked to make sure it was the right color, and made sure she did not have a reaction to the color. Her tips came out beautiful shade of teal. My daughter felt at ease and she had a great experience. This place is fablous!

I fully understand almost everywhere is short staffed but to have 1 stylist and book 3 people for the same exact time could have been prevented. Very disappointed and wasted my time.
