I hadn’t been here for years due to a handful of awful cuts. After talking to a crabby receptionist at my normal salon, I decided that I might as well save myself a trip and $70 by giving the ole Supercuts another shot. Tbh, I almost didn’t because when I called to check for appointments the automated message had extreme sass, like almost unprofessional level sass. But I’m glad I did! The two girls working were really pleasant. I don’t remember her name, but the one that cut my hair had longer lighter hair. She was fun and totally matched my energy. I didn’t get the haircut I went in wanting, but that’s because she helped me come down to something more realistic. I’m happy with the results and I’m really sad I didn’t take a receipt because I’d love to see her again. Just ask for the girl with gluten allergies lol

Staff very friendly only gave a lower grade because they don’t have enough hairdressers..the young ladies who are working there are doing a great job considering. Will keep going back don’t go if your limited on time, be patient.

I had added the super cuts app to my phone after my last visit. I used it to join the wait list before leaving home. When I got there I told them I had joined wait list on app. I had a seat and was called to have my haircut in less then 10 minutes. The shop is usually well staffed and clean. I waited much longer before I realized they had an app you could join the wait list.

If I could I would give this no stars. SO I walked in wanting a haircut, the service was nice about a 10 minute wait and then I went to get cut. This girl her name was Bailey she was filling in from South Portland. I asked her to fade it and she did not fade it, I said take a little off the top she hacked it down like 3 inches, I said no side burns and she did no side burns but she did not get all the hair she did one swipe of side burn and their was still hair their super short noticeable hair. She cut me, as well. She did a terrible job she did not give me a hot towel or ask for shampoo when I was planning on getting one . Bailey came in from South Portland to help with the staff, and someone should teach her how to actually cut before she messes up someone else haircut if she has not already. I will never go back to supercuts.

Terrible, terrible haircuts for both myself and my son. His took longer. Mine she couldn’t be done fast enough to move on to the next customer. Two different so-called stylists. We just wanted very basic cuts. He has short pieces standing up all over his head. The shaping on the side could not be worse. Mine was cut in weird points and left too long in this weird puff around my face. Seriously bad Unconscionable that we paid for this mess.

So ivI’ been going to this Supercuts for about 2 years will no problems. They have my haircut saved under my name, so I simply go in and ask for the cut under my file, no problem. But today I came in and got literally the worst hair cut of my life. I had to leave and go to another hair place to see if they could fix it or do anything. I even asked the girl cutting my hair of she could fix the problem parts but she told me it was just “wet” and it would dry off and look good. Not only did it not look better but it looked worse. A butcher in the supermarket next to this place would have done a better job. Never again.
