I was able to schedule about 30 minutes ahead of my visit. My stylist was available when I arrived. I liked her from the start and got a great cut and great service! I recommend Missy. Other stylists appeared to be good also.

Very poor quality cut. I should have known, as the signs were bad from the beginning. The website “check in” process is bizarre. If the waitlist is over an hour, then you can’t check in and it tells you to call about “walk ins”. Uhh, OK… Checked website when they first opened and it was already an hour wait. Called in person and they “put my name on the list” (what is even happening). When I got there, one of the two stylists was doing a color nearly the entire time. So one stylist remained to do the cuts. They were happy to chatter with customers like there was all the time in the world. I’m sorry, but it’s poor taste to stand there talking about pets when the cut has already finished. People were waiting to get their own cut (they were telling walkins 90 minutes at this point). Cut was hurried and involved minimal care. Looks very rough, with odd strands poking out and overall asymmetry between sides. Will need a correction for sure, and I don’t want to go back there. Critical: ProfessionalismHad 5 mins and was passing by hoping for a haircut. I walked in and was asked if I made a appointment . I said no. I was then told they now only do hair cuts via appointment. Disappointed as this was the third place I tried this week, I recommended they put a note on the door saying as much. Very busy very prompt service. I felt rushed during my time though and there were some spots missed that I had to discuss about my haircut. Me ladies electric Clippers need to be sharpened because they were pulling my hair. This scissor work was great though. Very friendly staff.
