I did reservation at morning 9am using website and got the appointment for 2:40 pm, I was there at 2:41pm for haircut.. and I did check-in they said wait for 20 minutes, I said that’s fine.. then it goes on and calling other people by looking a them and not looking slot order.. I was waited unti3:25 pm but not called for hair cut.. so frustrated at this branch.
