I made an on line appointment for wash, cut, blow dry. The hairdresser was very nice but when I sat she told me she didn’t have time to wash and blow dry. I got my head sprayed with water and cut ( the cut turned out good) but left with wet hair. I was very disappointed since I had scheduled on line, had my time set with no issue but didn’t get the full service I was looking for. Nice girl, good cut but disappointing experience.

I made every possible attempt to reserve a time to have my 2 and half year old grandson get his haircut. I called when the store opened at 10am. I was told that there was an hour. That’s was fine because I wanted to make an appointment for 11:30. When I tried to do that I was told that it was against company policy to set an appointment when there was an hour wait. I was told to call back at 11am and schedule then or go online and schedule their preferred way. I tried the online route and it said, that the online appointments were not available. Like a dope, I called back at 11am because I wanted to get this done. A different person answered and asked if I could be there in 20 minutes. Excited to hear this, I rushed out with my grandson. When I arrived, the original telephone person told me that it would be at least a half hour wait. I explained the conversation that I had with the other employee but she didn’t care. In fact another customer, seeing that I had a young child, offered to let us take his place. The Supercuts employee told him that wasn’t allowed. She had a big time attitude!!! I discovered that she was the manager. I can’t believe that Supercuts is that desperate to have her as a manager. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The girl cut my 3 year-olds ear with trimmers. I was holding his head..! How does a professional cut his ear WHILE I AM HOLDING HIS HEAD?!?! No charge… There better be no charge..! I was mad. Killer service. Melora kills it every time! I go there for the works (haircut, eyebrow wax, beard trim) and she nails every time. I highly recommend this place, just ask for Melora. She won’t disappoint. The one time I went to a legit barber shop (Epping, NH) the lady there absolutely butchered my cut and Melora fixed it right up no problem. Looked amazing after she was done.
