Called 15 minutes before coming in, woman said I could get right in. As soon as I got there I was seated. Katie was her name, seemed to really care how my hair would look after I told her how I wanted it. Thank God I listened to her. She took her time, was great to hear why I should do this or that. Very pleased, I recommend going to see Katie, she’s very nice and hardworking. Just moved to the area. Reading these other reviews, some people are just not very nice. Maybe it’s a little dramatic my God. GREAT JOB KATIE, YOU’RE THE ONLY BEST!!!

I have been coming to this Supercuts for almost 3 years now since moving up to Seabrook. Every single time the girls have been great, they are so accommodating and friendly. But the last 2 times I have got my haircut here have been extremely dissatisfying. Both times were with the same girl with dark brown/ black curly hair and dark features and she was wearing some vale type of thing today. For starters she immediately acted like she didn’t want to cut my hair, I’m a very clean cut guy so I can’t imagine why, once I was in the chair she just about gave me a shower with the water spritzer to wet my hair to begin cutting it. Like water dripping down all around me. And she is very rough and forceful while using the clippers. Overall a very bad experience twice with this person.

One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I felt like Julia Roberts in Steel Magnolias after she had her hair chopped off. I just wanted to go home and cry. Didn’t dry my hair. She took out the hair dryer, but didn’t use it. I was so upset when I left with wet hair and still had errands to run. Maybe I should have spoken up, buy who cuts hair and doesn’t dry it. Or offer to dry it.
