First, the staff is very nice, but Supercuts is the Walmart of hair salons. Against my better judgment I went into another location and my hair was hacked badly. So I came here out of desperation and ended up having to get a buzz cut. I’ve had buzz cuts in the past and this one is very uneven, all over. I thought this would be the best solution because buzz cuts are simple, but seems I was wrong. I obviously didn’t communicate my lines very well and so now I wait….hopefully it will fill in soon so I can get a professional buzz. Friendliness A+, Talent F. Sorry.

The last two times I’ve come the hairdresser has asked me to “slouch down in my chair” so they can see the top of my head (I’m 6’2”). What kind of way is that to treat your customers? I’ve been to other Supercuts and never had this happen. Either get chairs that go lower or get stools to stand on, but don’t ask paying customers to slouch in their chairs for the duration of the haircut. Smh

Bought shampoo here. Peeled their price label off in shower. Expiration date of 5/2020 appeared. This is why you don’t “buy local”. Or should go to Supercuts for that matter… Long haircut
