The woman who cut my hair to start off wasn’t the nicest, i showed her a few pictures of what i wanted, with views of the side back and front and it turned out in no way what i wanted, she seemed very irritated with me and cut actually chunks of hair out, as shown picture (pinker hair), she told me in the back it would get gradually shorter, this is not what i was expecting, also the front and bangs are very choppy and uneven (shown in second picture with more faded hair) that mess of a dye job was all my fault though but conclusion – displeased

Instead of waiting a few minutes for me to see if I arrived on time, I did. I checked in was told 10 to 15 minutes. I set a timer at 20 minutes and when it went off, I left. Worst Customer Service- I have been taking the kids here for a year or so. I have never been impressed with the cuts they get, but they are little boys so I make it work. But yesterday…I put our name on the list and was told it would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, after 4 people who arrived after and are called ahead of us get sat. Why am I the jerk who questions? I am fine with a wait when I am told about it, I have plenty of quick errands to do. DON’ T WASTE OUR TIME. Learn how to give an accurate wait time and how to treat customers with respect. 0 out of 10 with that. Not worth the insult and less than skilled cut.
