Very pleased with the haircut I got here. Just moved to East Providence from the midwest and was looking pretty shaggy, but felt anxious about finding some place to cut it. Attentive stylist who listened carefully and did exactly what I requested. I am a woman with a short haircut and it looks really good still, 2 weeks later. Makes me smile every time I look in the mirror. Reasonably priced. Very little wait time. I’ll be going back for my next cut.

I booked an appointment today for 11am. They had 2 other people 1 getting her hair colored and 1 getting haircut. With 2 other people waiting. So the time is getting closer to 11am and nobody says anything about waiting longer. So another stylist comes in and takes the next customer then the stylist says it will be another 15 minutes. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Last time I sat there 30-45 minutes. I will not be going back to this location any more.

Extremely dissatisfied with my haircut. It was completely butchered. I told the stylist what I usually get and that’s not at all what I received. I’ve been going to this location since 2008. Less often since the “pandemic” because I learned to maintain a haircut for several weeks using a set of electric clippers I bought from Amazon. Stylists are always friendly and price is reasonable. However, on 06/16/2021 for the first time they hit me with those ridiculous COVID questions when I was making an appointment for a hair cut. When I arrived, the manager wanted everyone there wearing masks! Like it’s June 2020 all over again! I had to move the mask straps around during the hair cut while being asked to keep my mouth & nose covered. How insulting! It’s like these people work for Joe Biden! Enough of this nonsense & virtue signaling already! This mask nonsense makes the experience of getting a haircut pointless! I’ll just do it myself or go to a private barber! Smarten up Supercuts!
