Critical: Quality, ValueThis is the first time a went to a salon for a haircut since the pandemic started and I don’t think I’ll be doing it again. I received the worst haircut of my life. It was a rushed experience with no attention to detail, and as a result, I ended up with exactly the haircut you would expect for the 10 minutes it took. Of those 10 minutes, 5 were spent with the stylist on a work call while holding the phone with her shoulder and cutting my wait at the same time. I said don’t take anything of the top, she’s took an inch. The Bangs are 3 different lengths. There are weird patches all over where the hair is longer than anything around it. The worst part is that the hair at my hairline around my head and neck is longer than the hair around the middle of my head.I paid $20 to get a haircut that my wife will have to fix. I wish I had just let her do it to begin with. It is going to take me 6 months to grows it out again. It was a rushed experience with no attention to detail, and as a result, I ended up with exactly the haircut you would expect for the 10 minutes it took. The staff has changed over the years for the better! Mallory cuts both of my boys hair better than anyone at the expensive salons or barber shops that we have tried. She also cuts my husbands hair. Mallory is professional and does a great job! The other staff we have tried have also been great. We won’t go anywhere else!

If I could give zero Stars I would. I called in advance, made an appointment for a cut and color. I showed up 10 minutes early to the appointment, and they proceeded to serve three people before me who did not have appointments. The girl behind the desk was very rude and unfriendly, got a bad vibe right away like they would mess up my hair. I just walk to Sally’s next door, bought a pair of scissors and I’ll cut my own hair for cheaper.
